50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to  reserve your appointment. 

Please know, arriving more than 10 minutes late may cause you to forfeit your deposit.  Or, if possible your service may be altered according to the remaining time you have.  

Payments for promotions and gift certificates are also non-refundable.  

Remember, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  We will apply your deposit to a future service if you cancel your appointment according to our 48 hour cancellation policy.  

This credit never expires.

Please leave a message if we are not available to take your call.  We make every effort to return your call the same day. If we are unable to do so your call will be returned in the order received and within 24 hours of you leaving a message.
