     The Hair braiding Shop we believe it's essential to take care of yourself while maintaining your career and home. But it's not easy to do it alone. That's where we come in. We offer services that caters to each client's unique style and personality. Our array of services will leave you feeling refreshed, enhanced and empowered.     Protect Your Non- Refundable 50% Deposit...100% for consultations

     Arrive for your service with shampooed, detangled and blow dried hair.  An additional fee of  $75 will be charged to detangle your hair.  Or, service will not be performed if your hair is not shampooed causing you to loose your deposit.  At The Braiding Shop of Connecticut we value and respect each guest's reserved time.  This prevents us from ever double booking or extending  one appointment into another. 


    Due to COVID precautions do not arrive more than  10 minutes prior to your reserved time.  Only person having service is allowed at time of service.  If it is your first visit allow yourself  time to find parking. You may also need change for  the meter  (West Hartford) 

    Are Kids Allowed

     Sorry, for safety and enjoyment of all no kids are allowed unless they are having a service.  One parent or guardian is allowed to wait in our establishment during service. (one adult)

    Your Appointment

     We value and respect your time at The Braiding Shop of Connecticut.  We also value your patronage and want you to get the most out of your reserved time. Please make every effort to ensure that your service starts on time.  Arriving 10 minutes prior to your reserved time is adequate.
    Allow yourself extra time to find parking and be punctual. You may also need change for the meters.    (West Hartford) 

    We will be ready to accommodate you at your reserved time.  Arriving late shortens your service.  We are unable to extend your reserved time because this cuts into the guest's time who is scheduled after you.  You will never be double booked at The Braiding Shop of Connecticut.

    All Services Are By Appointment

     Please call (860) 929-1867.  Calls are returned within 24 hours.  Except for the days we are closed and Holidays.  Please leave a message if we are not available to take your call.  We do not answer the phone while performing services or on the phone with other guests.  Your business is important to us. We make every effort to return your call the same day.  If we are unable to do so your call will be returned in the order received and within 24 hours of you leaving a message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

    Securing Your Appointment

     Due to the duration of our services 48 hour cancellation and 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required  to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to a future service if you cancel your appointment according to our 48 hour cancellation policy.  Other wise your deposit will be forfeited.  

    Things that may shorten your application time
    * Arriving late for your appointment
    *Having hair that is tangled or dirty...service  may be rescheduled for a fee of 100% of your service
    *Taking phone calls or texting during your service

    • One Voucher per new customer.
    • Coupons, vouchers and discounts cannot be combined
    • A credit or debt card may be required to book your appointment.
